HI all, had a bad stomach and sickness bug yesterday, morning reading 5.7
Today Sunday after eating nothing since yesterday morning 5.3.

9.0 this morning at 6.15 am. Maybe because we didn't get to eat tea until 8.30pm so no time for exercise after as early to bed for 6am alarm for work. Weather sunny and cold so maybe a long cycle home.
