4.0 @3:30, woke and felt unwell - had a digestive and went back to sleep

8.4 @6:40

Bin the biscuits @Twoplayer and use a protein to treat your hypo. Sugar spikes you too much.

Mine was 7.2 after seeing other peoples mine looks a bit high??
