Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good Morning! 6.3 at 0630 today, after half a bottle of Merlot last night, which gave me the munchies, so followed by half a tub of Oppo Salted Caramel ice cream.:D

Pretty exciting when I consider the 2 bags of potato chips and the Hamburger and Chips(White Bun) I had yesterday

6.0, very pleased considering my food intake yesterday. I guess I'm getting used to the carb intake. Prob too much protein yesterday, plenty of fat, but just a bit too much on the carb front:), but oh what a lovely day:)

7.5 @ 5.45am unsettled night. Sore elbow and hip still after wall episode 5 days ago. Trying small walks to get moving again, no exercise doesn't agree with BS levels.. Won't mention state of nose! :banghead::blackeye:

8.9 this morning

Ate a lot yesterday and whereas I usually stop eating at 5.30, I carried on nibbling until 7.30. So higher than I want but less of a rise overnight. I'll crack it eventually.
