Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Been a bit all over the place with erratic sleep and eating on the run, therefore 8.6 this morning. Time for a bit of routine I think.

After returning from a cruise last week where I subjected my body to what can only be described as prolonged carb abuse I've been hovering in the low to mid 5's but finally back down to 4.6 this morning

Neighbour gave me a large glass of neat dry martini last night. Managed to 'spill' ;) some and then added 2 ice cubes with a dash of lemon and lime in them to the mix. So blaming my 7 on that..... but still nto able to get back to full exercise. Short walks 'puggle' me and hip hurts.

6.7 at 0530 today after eating most of a tub of caramel ice cream last night - not Oppo, I had bought it before discovering Oppo.
I blame Boris Johnson, I had drunk 4 glasses of Merlot to drown my sorrows after the Referendum result. :(

Wedding this week, yesterday the garden party and buffet. To top it all, I have a stinking cold, feeling rough.

Late on parade and hurting all over this morning - probably arthritis flare-up due to the next batch of heavy rain heading our way. Feeling very sorry for myself.
:bigtears:

6.8 this morning :( consumed a pot of cashews at the cinema, thinking it was health carb choice (well it was over the jelly sweets!) - now realise they are most carby nut going. Ho hum, this is a learning process ... ;)
