Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good Morning! After the worries of the last two nights, leaking insulin then wondering if I doubled dosed on Lantus last night and with only four hours sleep, 5.7 at 7 am and one hour later, 6.7 with breakfast immediately afterwards and before breakfast.

Update - Post breakfast reading was high but I have been told tiredness and the events of yesterday will probably mean a higher number.

I just eat breakfast then nothing more until the next day. I do drink coffee with cream and plenty of water though. I do this 2 days out of 7. The so called 5:2 diet.

Anyway after yesterday's fast fbg was a nice 5.0 this morning.
