Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Your numbers are always great @GeoffersTaylor not sure I'd be 4.9 after a couple of pints ... jealous!

Cheers! ;)

I'm normally pretty strict on the old LCHF which keeps the numbers down, but I am starting to wonder whether I might be getting some insulin sensitivity back.

Last time I tried re-introducing carbs it hit my BGs straight away but maybe it's time to retry some experiments ...

Anyway, 4.7 today.

I woke up at 4.30 am wth a clammy back and took twi readings, 6.0/5.2 and when I got up at 8.30, four hours later, my back was still clammy and the reading was 6.6.

Do I assume it's either the Dawn Phenomenon or the Somogyi Effect again?
