Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Just looking at my averages with Diabetic Journal on my Android, and I see I have broken the 7.00 barrier. This is in the 60 day average since I started on Metformin.

Edit: These figures are not all fasting numbers, but the average of all before and after tests during the day.

Please also mention if you on medication or not mine was 5.4 no medication

Welcome to the forum @Alfred Schmid ... many people include the information about meds etc in their signature, it is easier than posting it every time. If you go to your profile you can edit it and put a brief bio.

Also, the mods like to keep this thread as a place where you just post (with small comment) your FBG - kinda like a morning register! It's quick and easy then for readers to browse the morning FBGs and see how their friends are doing.

There is a great thread on what 'you've eaten today' - I found it really helpful having adopted LCHF within days of diagnosis.

Best of luck, you are in the right place to conquer your diabetes - so many great knowledgable people here :happy: if you are registering a 5.4 though you are already on the right track!
