A big meal and wine and you get 6.5 - I had 100g yoghurt and get 6.9 - must be something wrong here.

Good Morning! I tested at 0515 and my reading on my right hand was 6.9 which seemed high as I hadn't eaten much yesterday and walked 26,000 steps wrapped up in waterproofs in pouring rain. So I tested again on left hand and it was 6.3 which is the usual sort of figure for me, so I'll go with that.
