Welcome, loads of clever peeps with great advice.8.7 which i seem to be around that every morning, even though last time i eat is before 7pm. I am on metformin once daily.
Ooooh, toast and marmite....5.3 this morning, had rare treat of 2 slices of white toast and marmite last night so pretty happy with that.
It seems being home suits you too.Good Morning! 5.8 at 0500 today.
Great reading though honey. Try not to beat yourself up so much, it worries me5.8 at 9:30
yesterday NO excercise 198 grams of carbs and 136 grams of protein a total of 2450 calories ...
am rather ashamed of myself because of the high carb amountthe much excercising has made me soooooooooooooooo hungry all day and the many carbs do not help that ...only more tempting when hungry al the time...
Great reading though honey. Try not to beat yourself up so much, it worries me. Having said that, don't stop the ranting, it's good to get it out.

Thank you for sharing your good news7.9 today, 7.5 yesterday could not load the figures as site down. Not unexpected given the half bottle of red wine to myself!!! Some stressful news and ear and sinus infection. Still not all gloom a new baby in the family born yesterday evening![]()

2 rashers sprinkle cheddar cheese cup tea with milk.BG 5.3,cannot eat carbs spikes BG too high.Great feeling to be in control can't wait for my fasting bloods in April doctor gave me 3 months to sort everything out. I pretty much guess how much fats to eat can anyone give me what I should be having,I only eat between 11am and 5 pm intermittent fasting.then on occasions 24 hr fasting.to keep weight falling and cholesterol and blood pressure under control.I know now there is always someone out their with an answer to help so thank you in advance.KathleenX
