Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.7 @ 6.30am
Maybe I shouldn't have had the 3 tiny strawberries with 1 measured dsp of cream for supper.

4.9 this morning :) it's our 23rd Wedding Anniversary today - had a lovely meal out last night which I also managed to keep low carb (lots of cheese :) ) - and this morning we are having breakfast at Bodnant gardens before a nice long walk.

Have a great day everyone.

Hi Polgara. Enjoy your special day in & around Llandudno.

Bit late posting today as drove down to Warwickshire early to meet up with Judith's sister and her hubby. At Upton house.
Must have been naughty yesterday as woke with a reading of 6.5 oh deary deary me.

Mind you forecast for tomorrow is not going to be much better as went off the rails a bit today as well.

Is ram curry same as goat curry? Sounds delicious. Would like to try some.
Where I worked at the butcher shops in Mt Isa, we only used to get sheep in from the meatworks and no lamb. So it was called ram, if a customer wanted a leg of lamb they got a small cut leg of ram while the person who wanted a leg of mutton got a larger cut leg. Same with the cuts of meat, chops, fore quarters etc.

Goat curry is good as well, we get a Anglo Nubian goats from a farmer outside of Bundaberg.
