Then 2 hours after breakfast of strawberries, blueberries, FF Greek Yoghurt and pecans it jumped to 9.8!!! This is what I usually have with no problems but I think the fruit portion was larger today.

Tested 1hr 20 mins later..down to 7.0...af further 1 hr 30 mins later...down to 5.9 Phew!!!

Got the tradies (electrician and painters) coming in today to finish the shower and toilet after a major refit. Yayyyyyy!
