4.8 - son back safe and sound, I'm letting him have a long lie in today as he needs to seriously decompress after a week of having to be social He declared his Swiss adventure "quite nice" which is high praise from him.
Back to Wales this afternoon for the final week of the holidays.

- When people who know nothing about the LCHF diet tell me I'm killing myself being on it. I was killing myself not being on it!

Went to a hen night last night. Hand on heart I only had one cocktail, but it had a shot each of vodka and peach schnapps, then a small can of fresh orange juice. I only had the one, but felt ill with it as it had far too much sugar so went home after an hour. Plus I was tired after my 5am start that morning!
A 40 minute cycle to work to work off some of the extra sugar.
