Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.7 @ 5am

Work shift changed, due to being short staffed (far too often these days) so I finished at 10pm last night and start at 7am this morning. Hardly any sleep, about 4 hrs if I was lucky. Sure the work stress effects BS levels. At least I'm still in the 5's Thanks to Apple Cider vinegar :P

5.8 this morning. :)

I eat a very low carb diet, but I have noticed that eating one thin slice of high protein bread with melted cheese late evening results in low blood sugars the following morning, so maybe it is working as a liver block to reduce the dawn phenomenon.
