Could I make a suggestion please.

So that we know what the read I g mean to us as a comparison to our own. Could we state if we are on insulin or other drugs.

I am at 5.8 this morning with no meds at all.

7.2 this morning at 0730 so got straight up. Hopefully get back on track again soon an welcome back those high 4's.. I'll take that 7 after the nasty double figures I was getting. cgm's soon also, I had a good 3 months using the freestyle. Shown me so much I never knew was happening. Tighter control for sure.

4.7 today - lovely (though cold) evening on Southport beach yesterday - the sunset was amazing and the planes with lights and pyro just beautiful - rounded off with fireworks.

Glorious again this morning - have rounded off morning walk with breakfast in the new park cafe
