I am excited about the content of a letter from my consultant today . My diabetes is know as MODY and advise my Dr to give me gliclazide no more insulin ( which I had been working towards it but) HbA1c is unreliable due to variant haemoglobin. This makes it harder to treat the condition right.
For the time I am feeling tired of the whole thing.

Had a stomach bug for 5 days so I’ve been starving myself to clear it
Seen the doc yesterday it was all clear but came out with drops for my ears as I was having trouble hearing her

I had a female GP a couple of years ago, she was a Seth Efrican and hard to understand.

I now have a Sri Lankan GP I call Sunny, at time he talks with his hand in front of his mouth. Top Doc though...
