new batteries for meter first since march.....had some mixed nuts at 1300 hrs and at 1730 proir to a chicken and mushroom stir fry b.s.reading was 4.8..and 6.1 at 1950

good morning ...4.8 @ 0626 .. first in the fours for a while ...does a day working hard in the cold and sometimes torrential rain help to lower blood sugars? if so i would do it in moderation!

6.8 at 1.59am Friday morning. Driving across to the UK for the weekend so my numbers will be all over the place.

at 0353 on 23/11/2018 f.b.s.is 5.0.. happy with those figures ... i am also 98.1 kilos [fluctuates 99-101 kgs] which is a lot better than the 124 kgs november last year.[had been at least 127 and possibly 129 but cant verify either ... earlier in the year and went up again over christmas] .... work in progress!
