Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Same here, 5.7, and I believe I had a really good day yesterday with low post-meal readings and lots of exercise :confused: For some reason I am getting high fasting readings recently with okay post-meal readings.
 
Bit low this morning got headache and mild hypo feeling 4.2
Great headache just what I didn't need 1st day of holiday bible club. Paracetamol in my bag and breakie I will be OK.

Didn't realise you're a Geordie too!

Mine was 7.5 so going down very slowly.
I had some seeds and a ricecake before bed.
 
I had 5.3 this morning, after falling into my bed, completely exhausted following a long day of strenuous walking and good eating. I guess that's alright - and deserved :)
