Day 52 ND 4.3 neglected leaves and went for a run. Yes,it is definitely Autumn here!
Day 53 ND 4.4 ( Sat) Getting ready for the Parkrun. Then off for a few days' break, with possible red wine in the evening. Cabernet-Merlot for preference ( thinking of you, @WeeFergus and @Baruney!)

What makes you think of moi? My experiment with 100ml bedtime red wine is now over and the next drink I have might be at Christmas or Hogmanay. Then again, it might be a wee bit sooner.

8.1 this am.... thought it may be lower as had 4 insulin at tea time to compensate for the day at the hospital and their fish and chips but nope still in the 8's
