Day 52 ND 4.3 neglected leaves and went for a run. Yes,it is definitely Autumn here!
Day 53 ND 4.4 ( Sat) Getting ready for the Parkrun. Then off for a few days' break, with possible red wine in the evening. Cabernet-Merlot for preference ( thinking of you, @WeeFergus and @Baruney!)

What makes you think of moi? My experiment with 100ml bedtime red wine is now over and the next drink I have might be at Christmas or Hogmanay. Then again, it might be a wee bit sooner. :D

6.7 fasting am....

8.1 this am.... thought it may be lower as had 4 insulin at tea time to compensate for the day at the hospital and their fish and chips but nope still in the 8's:banghead:

I did not eat my baby turtles - they are now around 7", so hardly babies, though we still call them that... :) I did not smuggle the illegal in, we rescued her from a big dog who thought she was a meat pie... her shell is a funny shape now but she's a dear soul... If you tell the Home Office I shall find out where you live... :)

To steal a quote "Play nicely boys and girls" ;-)

Morning all, 8.8, not as good as I hope but better than the 9&10's, hopefully slowly but surely, have a good day all especially you John, that looks like hard work being there :)

6.6 and I'm not at all surprised.
