5.8 this morning got today off because I am working Saturday. Time to see if I can get a bit more sleep

It looks like except for berries, all other fruit are off-limits... Well, I guess I'll survive;-)

After a quick visit with Doc yesterday, my dodgy tum & headache managed to magically turn into an ear infection ??? Started antibiotics straight away, still feel like rubbish ...... but sugars back to normal at 5.8 this am

Hi @Pasha
Crust-flan is a flan without pastry. I take six eggs, 2 Tbps double cream, 2 Tbps water grind in some pepper and beat to mix with a fork. On a non stick flan dish I arrange chopped chorizo, some red onions, previously fried off in olive oil, some chopped cauliflower and anything else floating about. Add the egg mix, top with cheese of choice and bake Gas 4 for 45 mins. Serve with a salad hot, warm or cold, got some leftovers for lunch.... and pretty low carb.

Good morning all. I had a fasting BG reading of 6.3 this morning after a 6.0 reading at bedtime last night.
