Sorry to hear of you bad luck some time back I had 3 little scumbags brake in the police nabbed them unplugging the DVD the officer came to see and asked if I would meet with them !!!! Told him no but please pass on a message for me, IF I SEE ANY OF THEM IN THIS ROAD AGAIN WILL TAKE THEIR HEADS OFF. He said it's a good job I didn't know their addresses or names , ha ha ha I just gave him a note with 3 names and addresses on he went bright red and left

This morning:
Blood Glucose 7.2 mmol / L
Ketones 0.3 mmol / L

Before bed:
Blood Glucose 6.7 mmol / L
Ketones 0,2 mmol / L

Over did the carb back load after my run yesterday. Also had a carby bed time snack. Oh, and stress level is high too! Meh!

Morning all!
A bit of Sunday MOT as follows:
-FBG 6.1 (I know why ;-), late supper and the "doctor prescribed" peanuts, berries and yog debauchery...)
-2hrs after breakfast 6.2
-Ketone dipstick 0.0
-BP 125/84
-scales show another plunge to 116.0 Kg :-D
Mild headache, due to an atrociously disgusting Brumm weather [EDIT: Turns sunny @ 11.00], so looking fwd to Tripe Soup with a can of butter beans, and gram flour dusted pollock fillets, lots of teas and coffees, and if I can get some sunny spells on the veranda, a Brown & Black filled pipe (sorry, but this is one of those deeply buried secrets of a bit of a writer/philosopher, to surface occasionally ;-))
Have a great(er) day

6.8 fasting. Self inflicted carb fest at alzebra's virtual party last night. Know I said back to the straight and narrow yesterday but mean it today.

Have a good one.
