3.9 for me today. That's all very much in my personal range.

Today I have the sewing machine out. A recent, random conversation, mentioning sewing galvanised me. I regularly sew, and love it, but all of my projects over recent years have been big stuff - almost architectural really, but today I am making a sun dress. It's years since I have worked in lightweight fabrics and with "domestic" zips and trimmings. Looking back, the last zip I put into anything was over 60ft. (Yes, I did mean feet.) Working with the light fabrics, needles, zips and interlining will be a bizarre challenge, but I just have to prove to myself I haven't lost a light touch in favour of all the heavyweight stuff. A competitive nature is a double edged sword.

Just as well I'll be heading back to the sun to wear the creation!

Play nicely boys and girls

5.2 after I'd been up for a bit. Didn't get to sleep till after 2 so surprised at it.

No reading for me this morning, but in the 5s all day yesterday pre and post.
Just looked at the averages on my meter
7 days 5.8
14 days 5.5
30 days 5.7
All going in the right direction and no cigs for 12 days
Hoping to continue both trends, fingers crossed
Keep well everyone, F1 GP for me today

5,7 on wake up and 5,1 before breakfast after a five kilometer morning walk.

7.9 this morning my lowest reading yet.

I had a low reading yesterday afternoon also, 1 hour after dinner, perhaps all of the meds are finally working.

4.6 on waking this morning :joyful: my lowest fasting so far in my lchf journey that began 16 weeks ago today.......doing a gentle cautious dance to celebrate - would be a full-time jig if my back would allow it!! ( Bedtime last night was 4.8)

That's brilliant Kim - well done in such a short time! :)

6.8, which was a bit of a surprise, my pre and post meal levels have been all over the shop the last few days. I've had the first of the winter colds and the flu jab at the weekend so I am blaming those for odd readings, hopefully it will settle down again soon, just glad it hasn't effected my fasting levels too much. I'll be checking my fasting ones for a few days just to make sure it wasn't a lucky blip.
