I was 6.5 this morning which is quite high for me.

6.6 fasting

6.4 two hours post breakfast + shorter walk than usual. I'm feeling really off colour and my ibs is playing up. Does feeling yucky affect sugar levels?

Yes Seems a bit unreal after the last few years when i was happy with a 6 or a 7 :roll:

4.8 "high" Bob :wink: That's an absolutely terrific fasting level. Mine was 7.1 which isn't good at all :(

I resisted the fish & chips last night - had a piece of quiche instead :oops: , but despite all that was 5.8 at 08:00 today, so not too bad.

4.9 at 08:30 this morning - no idea why, unless it was the MRI scan :shock: .

Getting back in control today, so things should get a bit better from now on.

FBG today: 5.4 (around 10 hours after dinner)

4.8 which is good considering.
Shame I had to avoid dinner for a normal result though :(

I'm realising how even low-level stress seems to affect my levels.

5.6 at 07:00 yesterday;
6:0 at 07:00 today.

I've spent 2.5 days on site in a lovely old church, digging up bodies, so my meals are all over the place! Should be back on the straight-and-narrow tomorrow - I hope!
