My Blood sugars have gone a bit crazy this past week or so. I've not been well though and am back at the Drs later.

4.4 - not bad at all considering the fudge binge I embarked on last evening.
No more fasting readinsg from me for a while, I only do periodic testing, relying on the A1cNow meter testing every 6-8 weeks. Still think it worth while to do the occasional series of both fasting and PP tests, but now only one strip in the tub left for now.

5.7 fasting which is not bad considering the stupid low-level stress I had last night which I have discovered tends to increase my levels.
