It is the first time I have tested in the morning though only just started testing :eh:

3 weeks ago it was 14.1 :thumbdown:

Now after 3 weeks of a change in lifestyle starting with a low carb diet, no dairy and no caffiene its 4.2 :thumbup:

First proper FBG after the Newcastle diet, it's 5.2. First five in a long time, need to keep an eye on that. Happy though.

5.9 this morning (breakfast+2hrs - 5.7, lunch+2hrs - 5.9 )
