6.3 after very restless night and no proper dinner as out at reunion event so just had some celery and cheese off the buffet. It'll be even higher by time I eat as at parents and they faff for ages before breakfast. My mum insists on the men being seen to first despite neither of them being diabetic!

4.1 for me this morning, so mid personal range. I'm rather pleased with that, as I was a bit of a piggy last night. It was more portion size, than excessively carby, but nevertheless, I'm happy.

Today, it's already very wet and rather cool here. I know nobody else feels the cool to be a problem, but I'm not quite acclimatised yet, and I'm certainly not used to wearing anything more than a vesty top or lightweight t-shirt. I daresay I'll just have to get used to it!

Today I will mainly be doing domestic things, and I must go into my workshop to ascertain if I need a part or not. I have a few projects to get under way, and I really should get on with them, before I get into fritter my time away and achieving less each day.

Have a good day everyone. :)

6.6 at bedtime (had some fun last night LOL)
6.4 this morning
room for improvement!

Kimbo, you really aren't doing yourself any favours. I understand how work patterns can make life difficult, but you honestly aren't eating enough to keep a Bluetit alive ;) Do you use My Fitness Pal or similar to keep check on nutrients? I worry about you!

Ahhh.........thank you bluetit! I know yesterday wasn't good at all, don't feel brilliant today and I know that's the cause. I do keep a food diary, have an app on my new phone I need to explore too. On a normal day I obviously eat better as you see on my posts on "what have you eaten", while still trying to reduce weight a little

5.5 this morning, late night snack of scotch egg and peanut butter at 11.30pm may have pushed me back into the 5's?

Monday morning, back to work, 6.5 ... :banghead:
