Yo yo5.7 bedtime which is good considering I had a "few" lovely roasties with my Crown Bravery tonight. Post lunch was highest today after thick slice of buttered toast with big lump of Tinterton cheese (followed by naughty shortbread) 7.4 up from 5.4....
Not sure what you mean there Clive. Erm, "Bravery" should've been "Carvery" btw.Yo yo![]()
There's a Crown Carvery just a 5 minute walk from my house and pop in for dinner now and again and does not seem to raise my BGs much, it's cheap and saves you cooking when busy so thumbs up from me.Not sure what you mean there Clive. Erm, "Bravery" should've been "Carvery" btw.
I'm usually ok as long as I avoid the mash to be honest. Brought half my roasties back for dogs - they were soooo good but I had the half chicken wth them.
