I noticed that this morning to, don't ya just love knowing spring is round the corner4.7 this morning ...... noticed more birds singing latelyLove that
I gave up bread couple weeks ago, not really missed it, just the convenience of having something quick. It was playing havoc with my bsThe olny one watching me is the devil that's sat on my shoulder.
I'm just back from Asda, had a good look at the carbs in bread. So have decided I am / have cut out ALL bread. I had to buy white bread for husband, but after looking at the carbs I won't be having any.
Good luck with the results. I'm sure they are just as good as last time if not better. You've done so well you deserve a good result.Well.....I feel like a pin cushion! The two vacations were swift, one in each arm. My veins weren't happy today again though, two attempts in each arm produced a drop, nurse examined my hands and was going to take from one but then rang my usual dn who said to send me down to her room and she worked her magic first time thank goodness!
I asked her if the fact my levels dont seem to have altered much in the weeks since going meds free would be an indication of hba1c remain stable, she said maybe but couldn't say. Results due back late morning tomorrow..I told her I will be really annoyed if I've risen from 38 but she said as long as under 41 all ok....I'm thinking that as my 38 was end of October and I was still on meds Nov and Dec, I was probably still going lower before meds stopped mid jan, so even an increase may not take me beyond 38??? Stand by for tomorrow!!
She was , once again, very upbeat and complimentary about "your shape" and kept saying how very well I've done, so all though I'm a bit bruised it made me walk put with a spring in my step!!
Well done Diana. He said after driving from Devon to Kent this morning at 80-something <cough> mph ...
My word, that's a heck of a way on one day. I'm glad you are home safe and sound
The only time I've been done for speeding in the UK was in Mrs Sanguine's car years ago when she was in hospital and I was distracted. I had to produce documents to the local nick and it was then that I found out her car was out of MOT ... It's much more fun being done abroad - twice in Zambia and once in Uruguay said:Well if that isn't one-upmanship, I don't know what is!![]()
Blue - I might be more inclined to give my body a big credit for looking after me. The rise could easily have been your body fighting something acute, but asymptomatic, which is now resolved.
Think positively! Your body is a wunnerful, wunnerful, miraculous thing.![]()
