6.0 fasting after 6.2 last night.... pile of fish was had, haddocks, lovely though.

9.2 up during the night with a coughing fit. Hope there is no infection brewing. Off to have monthly blood count test cause of methatrexate.

My daughter was on methotrexate for some time and she had lots of side effects so you have my sympathy! Thankfully no longer.

I am even more prone to infections and both red and white cell count was down last month. Vampires today then doctors next week for results.

Hm, 6.0 this morning. I know some find a small snack before going to bed can be helpful so I had a handful of nuts before going to bed. Probably won't do that again.

5.8 again this morning. Something that I'm not happy with is going on......
Once is a blip, twice could be coincidence, tomorrow has to be below 5.3, otherwise I may have grilled Liver, bacon and onion gravy soon. ;-)

Daughter was on it for childhood arthritis but it was making her nauseous. She is now on a TNF blocker (Enbrel) and it works better and the only side effect is an occasional small rash.

I get the odd rash and always feel sick all day on Friday when I take my weekly dose. I am on it for brittle asthma to reduce swelling in my lungs it is always supposed to help reduce my oral steroids we will see about that:rolleyes:

Surely 'popcorn' is the key word here? There are lots of savoury treats that are low or no carb?
Salted popcorn is good, not sure of carb values off hand but consider the carbs per 100 g then imagine that weight in popcorn. A 25 g bag lasted me 4 days.....
