Could you make a batch of sausage and egg muffins and reheat in microwave to save on cooking smell or would that still put the dampnerd on?
A banana!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Hola
7.0 fasting. Like mojo bloods are on a bit of a roller coaster last 2 weeks. Can't put my finger on it and would like to see a bit more consistency like many on here.
Oh well - nice bright day here. May well grab a banana and go to Port Lympne to see what the monkies are up to.

Yes shifts are a pain often our break on a late shift is between 7 and 8 pm so meals are then later than I prefer5.9 this morning.....higher end of the 5's, I prefer lower end of course but in range for me still. Late shift at work yesterday again and I didn't have a proper dinner at normal time, so that could be a factor too![]()
I am allergic to all dairy products, I can cope with a tiny amount of lactose free products but not there cream. I am also allergic to coconut, palm products and freshwater fish eg salmon. I use soya milk and alpro as dairy alternatives5.4 this morning... smoked trout, cream cheese and salad for breakfast in the hotel, then flight to Cyprus... more bubbles on the way
Good morning Lou... Have you tried the warm chia pudding? Brunneria posted a recipe for one made with boiling water and cacao or chocolate powder... How about the breakfast chocolate cake made with cacao - you could eat it warmed up with alpro yoghurt on it and a few raspberries? ....Is it the lactose in dairy that you are sensitive to? Would the lactose-free products suit you? They are so good and they even make lactose-free cream now... Left-over vg fried in butter with a slice of ham? It is the most difficult time of the day for sure if you can't eat eggs first thing... What about a warm microwave muffin spread with alpro spread and a teaspoon of jam? I'll put my thinking cap on if I get time later... I think I would have a steak and veg and then have breakfast for lunch or dinner!!
