well back to the 7's this am 7.7 ..did have total of 100 g of carbs through out the day but exercised between meals ( instead of snacking lol ).Tested before and after breakfast only a rise from 6.7 to 8.6 then 5.1 before lunch and 5.7 2hrs later so I suppose that was quite good

A hefty 7.8 fasting at 12.45pm...
(thank you liver)

Forgot to test when I woke up earlier, but I occasionally have nights where I stay awake and snack - and last night was one of them... so I wasn't really fasting overnight , was I! :wideyed:

We all get the mid night munchies from time to time or most nights of your like my Dad:). Honest he does get fed during the day.

6.8 after going to sleep on 10.8 at 1am (election junkie) and waking at 3.30am. It does seem that I'm more likely to have a number below seven if bs has been too high the night before. Odd. Normally it's a system reset to about 7.5.

5.0 am, 6.6 last night, though probably a tad early, crust free quiche chorizo, black pudding and cauliflower and an avocado salad.

4.7 this morning but that could be because I stayed up all night watching the incredible drama of the general election!

Stayed up to watch the election results and been needing some occasional sustenance through the night so no chance of a normal fasting reading but will test later to provide a 6-hour fasting number but not expecting it to be very good!

4.9 fasting
Upward trend on last week of nd?
Stress anticipation I don't know what to put it down to but not looking for any excuses. Let's hope it settles down soon.
