5.2 again this morning, which appears to be my new "norm". One thing that gradually increasing my carbs has done though is kick me out of ketosis at 50g / day of carbs (which seems quite low to me). I need to re-evaluate my whole regime now and decide which way to go next :)

6.6 don't know where that has come from, but work calls will check a bit later and adjust accordingly.

Good day all

6.7 this morning - still not good enough. But at least I know I was good yesterday; no snacks and plenty of activity with a 4 mile walk which my app reckons used up 300 calories.

6.6 this sunny morning. Does anyone know if hay fever can effect sugar levels. DN not sure when I asked yesterday but she was going to look into it for me.

7.2 can't seem to get below 7, this is my lowest fasting level so far. Am I doing something wrong?

5.4 am, had some brown rice last night and some strawberries 30 mins after dinner......... pre 4.3 post 6.3...
only eating at meal time..... not sure if it is sensible.....

AWOL yesterday but 8.0 fasting this morning. All quite on the western front - nothing to report.

Never usually retest but I did this morning and got a 5.7, will still record the higher for my records, be interesting to see what lunch time reading brings.
