I have to say, as a brand new member, that some of these weight loss figures are quite impressive. Is there a thread or threads that discuss how these have been achieved?

4.7 this morning. Yesterday was the 5th day of me having 10 units of insulatard in the evening, I also have 8 units in a morning. Enjoy the weekend S.E London looks sunny:)

5.0 this morning. Heavy workout yesterday. Grilled Chicken and one half boiled egg in dinner. And a 30mins heavy workout before that.

A burst of testing since I received my new batch of strips, so 5.8 before lunch, 5.4 after a walk before cooking dinner, 6.3 after dinner and 6.5 this morning after a bit of a lie in.

4.2 alcohol assisted but since I post when higher due to food indulgence, I guess I will have to accept this as well.

Have a great day everyone

6.4 this morning (about an hour after waking up, roughly 2 hours later than measuring during the working week). Last night before bed it was 5.2. The dawn phenomenon?
