Sounds like what I will find on Saturday when I go back to work. I have got my screening on Tuesday were are you going for yours

I went to Blackheath. Just just about see so I'll probably just have to lay in the garden for the rest of the day.

It's a hard life.

You'd need a wet suit to lie in the garden up ere!

I've just noticed your signature you have done amazing getting your HbA1c done from 95 to 50 in 3 months are you following LCHF?:)
Hi, I started low fat high carbs as instructed but when I started testing I started to remove the carbs that spiked me. I'm not very low carbs probably about 50g and trying out what works for me.

7.7 mmol / L yesterday morning - it's past midnight now. :/
4.7 mmol / L at bedtime the night before.

Morning test was later as a late start to the day - may be I was just past my dawn phenomenon and riding the crest of the DP spike?

Disappointed after the previous day's low morning fasting reading. Hey, ho!

74 mg/dl or 4.11 mmoles/l

Re D+ G Diet yes, but genes not great.

Gin + Tonic absolutely no booze, gave it up because I loved it a bit too much

Exercise yes, six days a week on tread mill 6Km/day. So that like I said, no secrets, just controlled daily routine.
