Hi Alzebra,5.0 today
There is a real stigma around T2, that we've caused our own disease by reckless diet and laziness. I found this article very empowering, even had to share it with Mr Al when he was doubting me

Congratulations LarissimaHigh (for me) fasting BG of 7.1 at 9 am - a couple of hours after waking up. I spent the intervening time on text and email celebrating the overnight birth of my new grand-nephew!Even the BG levels can't spoil my mood today!
Na leave it another dayMorning folks
5.2 fro me this morning.
Grass still needs cutting......
Oh I thought it was that I wasn't allowed to post my fasting levels for 72 hours but still allowed to comment. So I'll just have to take back everything I've said in the last few days and tread carefully from here on in as the carb police are out there!Hi there Baruney, the house arrest was simply that, you were supposed to stay inside your house for three days. You would be free do do as you please, make love, make war ,whatever. As Merrylizard correctly said, the 2 year sentence means ...........
Also, who in their right mind would even entertain banning you from posting here for 72 hours. I for one rely on your keen english sense of humour to start my day on the right foot.
By the way I said "Spare the stick, spoil the child." and not "stick the finger' and in my very old fashioned
english there is a great difference.

Hi @MosheBenYehuda I make my own. Traditional Jewish chicken soup and a slow cook beef bone broth. I also make Japanese Ramen and have it without the noodles. Well worth the effort. We usually gobble the chicken soup or ramen in a couple of days but I put the beef broth jelly into ice cube trays and freeze to make instant cup-a-soup or chuck in some veg..Hi dunelm!
I am myself quite a fan of broths, scotch, chicken, beef, so I was wandering if you cook it or it's canned (Baxters, Heinz, etc)?
Take care![]()
