I woke up at 4am saturday morning. Managed to stay awake until 9pm then woke again around midnight!
So another day (sunday) will feel zombied. I would give a kidney to get eight hours undisturbed, refreshing sleep.
I hope your sleep has improved?

Well I'm not surprised I'm unable to sleep.
A lot on my mind.
Yesterday (monday) I had loads of very emotional discussions. All enlightening but very deep, a lot to process and switch off from.
I hope @tina_marie is ok and sleeping.

What a day!!!

Ps. Bgs are back to being excellent again. Thank god. Weighed myself before bed and even thou swollen tummy I have lost a few lbs. Hurray! Maybe the hospital will calm down now too.
I added weight because I had to stop metformin. End of.
Crying due to hormones as my period is due.

Wow. What pressure there is on the bariatric team to make this work well for me.
I'm soooo lucky I have such a great team. The best!!!

Looks like they've nodded off[/QUOTE]
Little one weed bed again. Up and down, all night. Hadnt weed for weeks. Something may have upset him. Like me reducing his bedtime by 15mins? We are getting him tested for autism. Everything for him is traumatic.

Sometimes it's the things over which we feel we have no real control that are the most upsetting and draining. I really hope you find some sort of resolution soon.

Hi @ickihun , well since stopping the Tramadol Ron's been in alot of pain as dihydrocodeine doesn't work for him. Blood sugars are going high. I'm not sleeping due to itchy skin driving me mad . Menopause on the horizon. Still waiting for the appointment to Derby hospital for him. His muscle weakness is getting worse along with pain in arms and shoulder and wrists. Have to shower and dry him fully now . He struggles to get up off the loo even with hand rails . Had to stop the nasal drops as it was causing chest pain. Ron's not getting much sleep either . Last night his legs yet again seized up .

Oh no!
Tramadol is far better for him.
They need to find something else other than dihyfocodeine. Is the derby hospital appointment for pain clinic?
Tramadol gives me strength too. Far less wobbly when ive taken second set of 2tabs, although if taken on top my beta blockrrs I'm shattered and cannot keep my eyes open.
Seeing physio next week. Her exercises are helping with numb leg in walking but baby toe still numb off and on. Mind u im walking far less because of this icy conditions. More taxis if i want to get to appointments.
Hoping after xmas to borrow money to put golf back on the road. We'll see.

Derby hospital appointment when it comes is to see a specialist to find out if Ron has M.E. We have an appointment in new year at pain clinic , Ron is trying to push them into giving him morphine at night . He can't keep going on like this .

Tramadol is a good help. Doesnt cure anything but a godsend.
Maybe tramadol and something else to help with intolerance coming too soon.
Pain clinic must have an answer!
When can he have tramadol next?

Oh no.
He cannot wait that long. Poor man.
Hopefully his appointment in new year well before the 3mths over.
Worth calling for a cancellation if too many weeks away?

I have my eyes and foot check on 28th dec. Having to take kids. Marcus going to assist me whilst blurry eyed. Probables taxi there and back as little one still runs off. Humf!

Ron's right leg is all swollen and is painful to put any weight on. I've just helped him in to bed and it felt like I was lifting a ton weight up . It was only his legs . This is getting beyond a joke.

If you have worries about him @tina_marie call his gp as tramadol is also an antidepressant but dihydrocodeine isn't.
Tramadol made a huge difference to his well being?
They can give him an antidepressant but don't worry him but some add weight.

I bl*od surprised I'm losing weight at all with the tablets I take all add weight. Tramadol can lose initially then add once tolerant to it, I understand.

Ps. I'm still gutted about Robbieswan and his poor family. I won't ever forget him and their awful fight with type1. :(
