Uk night owl

No flu symptoms not even a sniffle . It's like it was last year. Warm in some places cold in other . Last night Ron said the usual happened couldn't move his legs for a while . Then this morning they felt heavy. Yet he didn't tell me this till later today . Yes the news about Robbie hit me for six . I couldn't believe it . X
 
Lergies have taken hold due to no multivitamins for a week. Restarting them today. Eyes are stinging but cannot breathe so sitting up in living room distracting myself so I will sleep properly when I do return to bed.

When not 100% it makes you evaluate if you can carry certain people any more. I know much weller when not dealing with partners mental ill health.

Tramadol made a huge difference to his well being?
They can give him an antidepressant but don't worry him but some add weight.

I bl*od surprised I'm losing weight at all with the tablets I take all add weight. Tramadol can lose initially then add once tolerant to it, I understand.

Ps. I'm still gutted about Robbieswan and his poor family. I won't ever forget him and their awful fight with type1. :(

It's came out all a made up story. How nasty is that?
I bet a few had a cry about him dying so suddenly. I know I did. It as very upsetting.
I hope they get prosecuted for harassment via the media.
I'm tempted to ask to be included as proof of emotional harm. They pm'd me and a few others. They used a fictious hospital appointment, apparently.
What a liberty!

Absolutely disgusting. I was lucky that although I made comments on their posts, they never seemed particularly interested in me. Probably because I'd mentioned I was young and so they deduced I was unlikely to have much money to give. I hope you're ok, it was a low down dirty trick to play. As if we don't have enough problems already.

A better night sleep but still woke 4 times due to moaning 4yr old. He's sound asleep now but he will be offered a sleep at school.
He doesn't nap at home anymore but won't go to bed either. Argh!!
I'm sure things will settle down again.... Just in time for being off again, probables. Ha ha
What a life!!!

Woke less congested thou. Fbg more like my old ones at 5.9 but went to bed on 7.7 so liver blocks are needed. Off now for my morning one. Slices of ham.
Off to Morrison's with £15 for food. Luckily main shop is in so just need essentials and eggs topped up.

Please feel free to post if your sleep is broken, for any reason. We all know poor sleep effects our bgs.

This was my post last year.
This year I have laryngitis. At least my asthma is being treated now. At the time of last years post I still hadn't an asthma diagnosis.

I wonder what next winter brings?

Monday and Tuesday night Ron slept really well after taking baclofen but the last two nights when I've gone to bed at midnight he's still been awake , that is until I've got into bed . However every morning when he's got up his legs have been very painful . Have looked online about this and there seems to be alot of other people in the same boat . Some have been taking it for years .

It is a good drug by all accounts. Stiff legs/pain may be where drug is wearing off? Definitely a drug for MS.

I'm frightened to tell GP what is happening to me in case he thinks I'm a nut. Pain in different places and inconsistent tired not tired, tummy upset not upset.
I think I have fibromyalgia?
Mr ickihun coming with me to see GP next week. :(

Tell gp everything it's only then they can help you or refer you on to specialist . You maybe suffering from the same as Ron. We're still waiting for the appointment to Derby.

I had a brain-wave this morning. Carbs over Xmas have worsened my fatty liver so my meds aren't working as well as they could.
I'm going to do a liver detox and see how I get on with tramadol then.

You be careful. Remember what I said happened to Ron when he did that .
 
Much better from recovering with laryngitis bug. Only thing is bgs coming down and having occasional hypos.
To top it of I cannot full digest Metformin any more. Sickness til tablet brought back up. Calling dn for an appointment. :(
 
Started taking galpsaud 30g sugar free linctus and great for decongesting all this cold.

No influence on bgs.

I'm eating wrong nuts for a liver block so not getting that 2mmol/l lower fbg. Humf! Need to buy some pecan nuts for a change as almonds giving me mouth ulcers. Dry roasted peanuts left per from Xmas not spiking me but not blocking liver dump either.

I've been awake every 2hrs as went to bed too early. 4yr old has followed me into the living room for attention. He's very clingy again. Just had a running nose out for our walk yesterday but sore throat went as soon as it arrived through his school week.

Anyone awake?

It's a distressingly common thing I'm afraid. I belong to a sailing forum and one of the members died. She was a fairly wealthy woman. Her husband, who was also a member of the forum, organised a wake at their home after her funeral and one of the several forum members who turned up was a con artist. He'd established a relationship on the forum as somebody who was friendly and approachable, but when he came to the funeral he stole some valuables from the house and it then emerged that several other members had been pitched various sob stories online and had "lent" him some money which, of course, they never saw again.

Lowest of the low - I don't think the Police ever caught up with him so he's still out there, somewhere.
