My plan to lose a load of weight before surgery hit a bump when the surgery was brought forward to this coming Tuesday I managed to lose 11 lbs however in 3 weeks and will be back in the keto saddle as soon as I am able. Just stress eating the past few days as I am bricking it. I had a surprise hba1c test at my pre-op assessment last week. They say they can't operate if it is over 69! If it is over 69, I'm outta here. Anyway kidney stone removal looming so if I am not here, just pencil me in for water, lemons and a shedload of painkillers

Back on topic - I made a lovely curry last night. Be having leftovers tonight.
