Vegetarians: What have you eaten today?

B: cheese omelette
L: quark with lc lemon curd stirred through it with berries (oh my!) Creamy decaf
D: stew - veg, cannellini beans and Linda Mac sausages in herb and wine tomato sauce
 
B berrie shake
L omelet + tomato onion salad
S almonds
D salad with dinner1.jpg cheese (I risking it) had to take a photo it was yum
 
@rosieshe That looks delicious! How did you get on with the cheese? Have you tried any of the lacto-free cheeses or making your own nut cheese?

Today I will be eating exactly the same as yesterday.
 
B: full fat NAS yogurt and flax seeds
L: raw pepper, one cherry tomato and cube of cheese
D: stir fry vegetables with tofu in garlic and ginger

I took some enzyme digest and I am ok I am thinking of allowing myself once a week. As I am trying to control through diet alone and daily monitoring (next blood test April) I need somethings to make it grt.
 
B shake
L boiled egg, fresh spinach, cucumber tomato 1 tsp of mayo and mustard
S Almonds
D Cauliflower rice with mushrooms and wiltared spinach, 2 x veggie tofu sausage, 1 large tsp of homemade dairy free pesto Yum
 
breakfast
slice g/f poppy seed bread with olive oil and peanut butter, two dates, half a fig, 2 small pears,

lunch
lettuce, grated carrot, grated beetroot, few raisins, with flax oil, lemon, tahini, and plain soya yoghurt dressing, spoon of lentils, half a slice of poppy seed bread

evening
garlic, ginger, tomato, and spring greens omelette (one petit egg), quarter of a slice of poppy seed free from bread, olive oil.
small blood orange
fresh squeezed juice of half a pomegranate with soya milk
cocoa with soya milk,

quarter of a snack pack of roasted soya beans and seeds, and few squares of 85% dark chocolate

honey and apple juice for a couple of lows

B: toasted lidl protein roll with NAS peanut butter

Who post when they been a bit off track? Will I put people off?
B scrambled egg 2 x vogel toast
L out at cafe- egg benedict (only one egg one half the bread!)
D this was good tasty meal see closedinner2.jpg up picture low carb plant based. then had to spoil it by having a large spoon of ice cream and 2x home made cookies that my daughter made! This was not a good move as I know I will not be monitoring tomorrow am.
 
@rosieshe That looks healthy and tasty. Win win! :D

I don't think you will put people off if you acknowledge that you were off plan. They were homemade by your child so it would be rude not to try them ;) I stopped posting for a while when I was off plan due to illness and was eating either nothing or **** as I thought this might confuse the newbies.

Trying a new vegan main course recipe tonight as I have more time to faff about in the kitchen at the weekend. Will let you know how it goes.
 
Brunch: soya decaf
Dinner: roasted broccoli with falafel crumble and garlic tahini sauce (recipes on vegan thread)
Pudding: low carb lime curd mixed with quark topped with grated 70% chocolate
 
Yesterday
B: low carb almond flour pancakes
L: cucumber, olives, cube of cheese and a handful of pistachios (my valentine gift from my 8 year old as he knows chocolate raises my BG levels but nuts don't :) )
D: butternut squash stuffed with spinach and cream cheese (with loads of garlic and nutmeg)
 
B: black coffee
L: lidl protein roll and cheese
D: left overs from yesterday - butternut squash stuffed with spinach and cream cheese (with loads of garlic and nutmeg)

Plan on having a square of 85% dark chocolate later

L: M&S super seeds, Aldi chocolate, loads of Tetley decaf with soya milk (fab kidney scan today so celebrating in style lol)
D: red Thai curry (chickpea, cashews and veg), ginger almond muffin
