Hi welcome! What is a Health Trainer?
Thanks very much for the replies. I believe i have a plan and i hope it gets the thumbs up...
Was literally starving to death this week from not knowing what to eat, was on around 600 calories a day :/ so because of this im going to continue on my usual diet but instantly remove takeaways and sweets in entirety (as i already have the past week), switch to wholemeal breads and pastas and basically eat my regular diet but in as healthy a way as possible. I really have little knowledge of food in general as ive been one hell of a fussy eater since a child.

As a quick side note i think ive been caught fairly early as my doctor says i dont need a meter. If i get one anyway can i get the disposable parts (sorry i dont know what their called) on prescription?
If the dr hasn't provided the meter unfortunately you will have to buy your own, lots of the inmates here buy the codefree meter and strips from either Amazon or homehealth-uk.com. they are reasonably priced on either site and it means you aren't limited to a certain amount of strips as you can be from the dr.

Thats just what ive been doing Gordon eating my usual stuff except have made a few changes like white bread has become Brown and the usual Macdonalds Sat am brekkie has been substituted by a breakfast in a cafe such as egg on toast,bacon and egg on toast.OJ has gone and i now have some Low sugar Sainsburys fruit squash.Wondering if i should change that to Robinsons R squash as i dont like the info on the label it seems to much sugar etc.
The 2 porkpies i used to have on a Sunday and Tuesday lunch time have been replaced with cooked meat sarnies.
My biggest hurdle is what to eat for supper.I cannot go to bed with an empty stomache id never sleep.I usually have sumat like cake or the like and my mind says thats a no no be better with 2 slices of toast albeit a capfuffle to make some toast but needs must.
Semi skimmed milk has been replaced with Skimmed milk.
When we venture out on a weds day trip i try to eat in a cafe that will do such as egg on toast or a sarnie on brown bread or maybe a small all day breakfast and coffee.
Like Gordon im a very fussy eater.I dont like Veg except for Mushrooms,Potatoes and peas.
