This morning weight 47.5 a slight loss.
Really must make more effort to have a proper breakfast, although only missed two or three this week.

Hope the rest of you are heading in the right direction, whichever way that might be.

John stick with what feels good for your body and specialist advised. I do.
I want just a few stones off and I'll be happy. Hospital too but a few GPs just see a number.

I agree. My neurologist was concerned that I had in his view lost a bit too much and Judith and rest of family also thought I had over done it so they all will be a little happier now.

My GP just said at 10 stone when I was at that weight that he thought I was still a little over weight.

3.5lbs loss this week and happy with that :)

Ryhia - No I don't really have a goal weight at the moment. I haven't been slim in my adult life so I literally have no reference point. I'm mostly looking forward to losing enough weight that it doesn't get in the way of living so much.

I'm 1lb down this week, which puts me at 3lbs away from weighing 19st something. It's been a long time since my weight had a 1 at the start, so that's my next milestone.

I weighed this morning after good lie In. I'm now 106.50kgs so delighted.
High protein with some carbs. I think I'd gone too low carb. This has restarted my losses.
No sugar Yogarts hv helped due to protein. Had a few noodles with loads of meat and king prawn at stages worked well.
I can still eat reheated potato without spikes.
A late night relaxing seemed to work too. No alcohol or any fizzy drink.

81.9kg this morning - so no loss this week. In fairness i got my HBA1C result back and had a pretty big meal to celebrate plus was out at the weekend so not concerned. Onto this week now.

Coffee with cream in the morning, breakfast every day and what seems to me to be an exessive amount of cheese.

Well been away for the last couple of weeks and didn't have access to scales. Felt as if I had put weight on but when I stood on the scales this morning, exactly the same as what I was before I went away. 56kgs. Maybe this is my sticking point, we will see. Have just discovered I can tolerate a particular brand of Almond milk in my tea so may be able to ditch the cream altogether. Hope everyone is keeping well.

80.9kg today, 2lb off this week. 4kg untill I'm in the "healthy weight" band. Although I think Xmas may have something to say about that lol

As this is my first weigh-in I thought I'd provide my weight readings from 2nd Jan so they have some context. I use a Renpho smart scale. I'm 5'7 and 40

    Readings from 2nd Jan
    Weight - 14 st 1lb
    BMI - 31.3
    Body Fat - 29.2%
    Subcutaneous Fat - 25.5%

    From today
    Weight - 13st 1.4lb
    BMI - 29.1%
    Body Fat - 26.1%
    Subcutaneous Fat - 22.6%

Not huge progress but all going in the right direction

I didn't post last week but had just a small loss of 0.5lbs. Which made sense the next day as it was totm.

This morning I weighed 19st 11lbs and 5lbs down, feels really nice to be in the 19's  I think it probably wasn't all this weeks loss but I was weighing heavier last week due to totm.

Thanks SlimLizzy, it's still a bit of a revelation for me tbh. I had very little weight loss with dieting in the past, so to be losing with lchf and have such a reduced appetite is still something I'm getting my head round.
ickihun - I can't even remember when I last weighed 16st something, probably 15+ years ago! I can't even imagine what that'll be like, clothes shopping will hopefully be a lot easier!
    MrPeek13 - good luck and welcome :)
