Weekly weigh in - Fridays

5 lbs this week now total of 30 lbs. On holiday with someone else feeding me! Can’t complain!
 
16 stone 1 pound. It's steadily going down. The aim is to get it below 16 stone and keep it below that for a good month and then carry on towards the healthy range.
 
16 stones 11 lbs. Down 1 lb. Slow but sure.
 
Morening fellow scale crushers, Me, Me’s and myself have worked out with pencil and paper, no calculators, log tables or sliderules that Saturday morning is a better day for me to post my weight gain or loss.
Today 14st 9lb don’t know if that’s a gain, loss or stayed the same, but I’m happy with that.
 
Hi all. Just re-registered from a previous work account.
I have started a diet this week, with an aim to lose two stone by sometime in the new year
My opening balance is 15Stone 4 3/4 pounds.
Will join in the regular weigh ins from next Friday.
Wish me luck & look forward to your suggestions

16.9.5 going in the right direction.
 
70.1k today which means I've lost another 600gms.. WhooHoo!!! Getting so close to going under the 70k


11 stone and 0.544 lb for those using stones and pounds.

14st 8lb, that’s +1lb this week, I think I will blame the gain on the fact that my hair and beard have grown long during the week.
