That is dreadful @filly how on earth can they do that? I hope you get it sorted. Sorry about the weight gain, stress is probably something to do with it.Shocker of a week. Blue Badge cancelled and now trying to appeal. Need Consultants letter but Doctors on strike and secretary says he is too busy.
I am just very stressed.
Put on 2.4 lbs which is just making things worse.
A pound a week is s good loss - well done!Surprised myself this morning. I haven't been weighing myself much because it was really depressing but I did this morning and I have lost 5lb since the last time - about 5 weeks ago. Now down to 17st 51/2 lb. I still look gross though despite losing a total of 20lb in the last year. Also managed to get my HBA1c down to 53 from 63 last time - about 3 months ago.
That is great, well done!Down to 11st 9lbs/BMI 24.1 this morning - that's down from around 14st/BMI 28.5 when I was diagnosed as T2 about 3 months back.
It may just be a blip @MissMuffett - this hot weather is causing havoc with our bodies at the moment.Gained 0.5lbsWell done all you losers!
That's really great!Better week this week. 1.5lbs down 216.1

Well done everyone
That is so hard, I have a friend who is type2 and underweight, she treads a fine line between keeping weight on and managing the diabetes. I wish there was a solution.56.7 kg and it does not give me joy. That’s borderline underweight and I can’t eat carbs in any amount .
