Well done Prancy - and that is great advice about the B12, I remember being low on it a few years ago and I felt quite unwell at that time.For those who haven’t had the results they want this week, don’t dismay. Eating right is always right and nutritious food your friend. It will make a difference.
I was surprised I am down 1 more pound this week! Now to keep stable until more loss. I’m trying to find someone to measure my muscle mass.
Everybody, please get your B12 checked. I had deficiency last year, thought it was treated successfully, but it wasn’t. It predates my weight loss journey. Now on mega doses. It can do serious damage. Please check in to it. Chrck the level before you start taking it. Most doctors aren’t aware how serious this is for people who don’t process it.

I wish I was gaining muscle, but my limbs look small. I stll have some fat and skin, but not what I want. My arms are particularly thin….idk. I have to pick up the strength training. Now that I’m getting the right B12, I hope it improves. It will be interesting to see if you have gained muscle, I would think if you have increased your exercise, then you should have done.
