Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Aw that's a shame. Really gets to you sometimes. I have never been able to work out how it's so hard to lose weight but so easy to gain. X

Please dont be down hearted and hard on yourself. You've been through a lot lately, including hospital food!
Stress, pain, inflammation and drugs will be taking their toll and fighting it out amongst themselves.
When I had an abdominal op a few years ago I felt like a beach ball for quite a while, it's all the air that gets in to the wrong places.
Just be kind to yourself, get back into your low carb and routines and know these feelings and effects will pass.
 
I’d like to join in but I weigh myself on Mondays now. Good luck guys and well done everyone for sticking with it

Down .8 bit that was after being up 2 tge week before. Lots of eating out this past week. Trying to get back on track now.

Can you just delay posting until Friday or is that hassle? I weigh myself randomly ie whenever hubby digs out the scales.
 
Well,1.5lbs up. Still swollen. Know one wants to know. Sending Paramedic next Friday.

242.4 Driving me mad!
 
Down 6.2. It was not done easily. A couple of nights of non stop coughing, no appetite, very little eating. I did my best to get some nutrients into me.

I can't see this lasting once my appetite returns.
 
Down 0.5 kg in last 7 weeks. Overall loss since 23/4, 2kg.

Definitely feeling a bit flatter between boobs and navel.
 
Paramedic day today. This should be interesting Temperature started to drop so could feel some movement on the fluid front.

226.4 a Loss of 16lbs in one week. One friend said now I should keep it off. Not understanding fluid.

It is clearly a big fluid loss.

I would love to hear from anyone in the tropics....I was given salt tablets when I lived abroad. They worked.
 
According to my smart scales I apparently lost 3 lbs this week. I think last week's reading was an anomaly, but I'll take this week's weight loss as a win!
 
Down .2 this week. I'm surprised after last week's big drop.
 
Down 2.2 lbs this week. I think the hot weather may have helped.
 
Still on the downward spiral. Think it is probably water weight.

225.0 - 1.4
 
Up 0.5 lbs this week. I've had a few Magnums this week, plus I've been eating when not really hungry. I've been eating according to the clock, rather than listening to my appetite.
 
Down again. Think it is still water weight.
223.7 -1.3lbs
