Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Up 0.5 lbs this week. I've had a few Magnums this week, plus I've been eating when not really hungry. I've been eating according to the clock, rather than listening to my appetite.
A few.....:-)
 
Up a pound.
Have been away but that's no excuse as did plenty of exercise. Feel less, belt is looser as are trousers but my body's obviously stuffing it away somewhere.
Back home for nearly 6 weeks now with no major social events. Am cutting alcohol right down.
Will have occasional mini Magnum. But lidls version as cheaper.
