    @Polgara have you had any weeks without a loss? I have but never knew why.
    The human body is nuts!!! Ha ha

    Actually I think its when I have extra water retention for monthlies. I think!

    Hello I am definetly stuck at 136lbs. I'm going to have to think of a plan to start the weight loss off again.

    Down from 101.4kg to 100kg today :) (I was 115kg on diagnosis on 9th May)
    I can smell those double figures they are so close!

    I've lost every week - the most was 3.3kgs the first week - the least 1.3kg. It's slowing down gradually, but still going really well. I see the dietition again next week, so will have a chat about best approach for the next few months.

    Last monday I was 125.80kgs. This morning I'm 124.80kgs. So still losing 1kg per week. :) :) :)

    Found my pound and am back to 7 stone !!,but I obviously can't read :banghead:

    Just checking back in after a 3 week holiday. Was amazed to find when I weighed myself this morning that I'd lost 4.4 kg while away. Total loss now exactly 20 kg.

    Not sure if I've lost this week. I might have a preview weigh-in in the morning to give me a clue. 1kg doesn't feel a lot either way when your my size and weight but as long as I lose I'm happy. Eh?

    I have found out how to put weight on !!! A report in today's Daily telegraph said that dust makes you fat I shall never dust again Husband not impressed :angelic:

    So....... this morning I weighed 124.80kg still.
    No weight loss this week. I'm not surprised! At least i stayed the same, no add. Although i have constipation from increasing my tramadol back up to maximum and water retention in abdomen and forearms.
    Maybe next week will be a good week to lose?
