I was disappointed with mine too. Next week will be better!I didn't post yesterday as I was disappointed that I seem to have put on about 3 lbs sine the previous Friday.
But I suppose I should be honest, and my weight yesterday was 151.8 lbs.
I seem to weigh better on a monday morning. Less stressed maybe. I'm not sure. Too.I think that I should have a weekly weigh in on Saturday because I have found my pound again and I am 7 stone today (where has my stone been since yesterday ) ?

Well done @KitSileya . That's brilliant. I'm sure your 5.9kgs are worried as they will soon be GONE!I moved on Tuesday, and only just unpacked my scales. Was sure I had gained or remained steady at 71.1 kg even with the heavy lifting, since diet has been erratic due to eating out a lot more than usual. However, it seems I've broken the 70 barrier, and weighed in at 69.9 kg! That's 17.8 kg lost since Christmas, 20% of body weight. Only 5.9 kg to go.
Yep! As predicted I've lost 0.5kg since friday.So....... this morning I weighed 124.80kg still.
No weight loss this week. I'm not surprised! At least i stayed the same, no add. Although i have constipation from increasing my tramadol back up to maximum and water retention in abdomen and forearms.
Maybe next week will be a good week to lose?
I need a plan for the 6wks hols.
I've bought protein bread for sandwich days out but I have to pace my walking otherwise I become ill and swell up like a water balloon.
Any ideas guys!?
Thanks @Keesha . Just putting some new uniforms together and sorting out MOT for Mini to run around in. 10yr old's clarks school shoes will be a bark! He's size adult 8 uk. An expensive time.

I haven't posted for a couple of weeks as my weight seemed to be stuck. I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 2lbs!
Today I weighed 134lbs. I have now been trying to work out how lol
Lost exactly 2 kg this week, so now under 80kg at 79.1 kg. Tantalisingly close to becoming merely overweight rather than obese (BMI is 30.1).
Intermittent fasting seems to have really kick-started speedier weight loss.
