Weekly weigh in - Fridays

I seem to weigh better on a monday morning. Less stressed maybe. I'm not sure. Too.
 
I am now back up to 10 stones exactly starting to find a balance at last hopefully. :)

I hope every one achieves their goals whatever they may be and congrats to all who have stepped a little closer to their aims today. Commiserations for those who feel they may not have.
 
I moved on Tuesday, and only just unpacked my scales. Was sure I had gained or remained steady at 71.1 kg even with the heavy lifting, since diet has been erratic due to eating out a lot more than usual. However, it seems I've broken the 70 barrier, and weighed in at 69.9 kg! That's 17.8 kg lost since Christmas, 20% of body weight. Only 5.9 kg to go.

Well done @KitSileya . That's brilliant. I'm sure your 5.9kgs are worried as they will soon be GONE! ;)

No weight loss this week. I'm not surprised! At least i stayed the same, no add. Although i have constipation from increasing my tramadol back up to maximum and water retention in abdomen and forearms.

Yep! As predicted I've lost 0.5kg since friday.
This monday morning I weigh 124.30kgs.
Last week I was ill so I normally add when ill, unlike most of the population who lose weight when sick. Not me. At least I stayed the same last week and on course for at least 1kg loss come friday! :) :) :)
So a 0.5kg loss in 2 days! :) :) :)
Fighting fit (ish) now.
Seeing dietician for monthly weigh-in on thursday. :)
 
I need a plan for the 6wks hols.
I've bought protein bread for sandwich days out but I have to pace my walking otherwise I become ill and swell up like a water balloon.
Any ideas guys!?

Thanks @Keesha . Just putting some new uniforms together and sorting out MOT for Mini to run around in. 10yr old's clarks school shoes will be a bark! He's size adult 8 uk. An expensive time. :(

Enjoy your kids while they are young because children grow up very fast. Before you know it, they are teenagers and soon move out of the house. They are precious.
 
I'm wishing friday here. I hope I don't get water retention more, due to heat. On-line shopping only for me today. Shame as I miss the activity but too hot and my blood pressure goes through the roof. Kept having dizzy spells yesterday. Either blood pressure or thyroid levels are out again. Blood test this morning for diabetes specialist. Dietician on thursday for monthly weigh-in too. I hope she is pleased with my loss.
 
Looking forward to friday's weigh-in. Not sure what loss but had fish and chips on tuesday as shopping not delivering til wednesday.
Silly me have introduced my protein bread to the 3 boys. Hence, they are hoffing it. None for me now! :(
The more I buy and freeze, the more they eat. I can see me living out of morrisons and in the kitchen making sandwiches this 6wks . Ha ha Help! Ha ha

I haven't posted for a couple of weeks as my weight seemed to be stuck. I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 2lbs!

Today I weighed 134lbs. I have now been trying to work out how lol:)

Well done @mo53 .
My stand in dietician believes low fat is the way to weight loss. I think metformin has always helped me lose weight and because ive been off food I haven't taken it as regular so my loss is slowing down. Tomorrow weigh-in here should help me see the true picture as back on metformin regularly again. :)

Had a stand in dietician. No rappor with her unfortunately. Still lost and stormed my bariatric weight loss target so I'm definitely on my way for op. She advised to be intense with low fat med to help me more.
I'm still going to take it easy as I don't want a bigger problem so no weight loss at all. I know my body best.
Lets see if my weigh in with dietician is better next time since I was soaked due to heavy rainfall. My long hair was soaked.
 
Lost exactly 2 kg this week, so now under 80kg at 79.1 kg. Tantalisingly close to becoming merely overweight rather than obese (BMI is 30.1).

Intermittent fasting seems to have really kick-started speedier weight loss.
