Weekly weigh in - Fridays

THIS THREAD IS A YEAR OLD TODAY!!!
Happy Birthday! ♡♥♡
It's been really helpful to me. We're comrades is this weight management game. Whether, loosing, gaining or maintaining, we all have targets. It's good to share:)

Oh no. Swollen tum again. Slept a lot today too. I'll be surprised if I've lost this friday. Being taken out tomorrow for a belated birthday meal too. We'll see.
Hope everyone is happy with their loss or gain. Luckily still a few days til friday!
How is @Freema 's and @Contralto 's water retention this week?

Hi everyone,

Sorry not weighed in at all for weeks now - work is full one and fairly stressful right now - reason no weigh in - scales not working! reason - replaced battery and it still is not working - need to go out and get another one!

I am hoping weight is remaining stable but do not really know.

Will get back on track for April when the deadline I am working to is done...
Looking forward to seeing your posts in April. Goodluck!

ones birthday is also really not the day for loosing weigt :);)

I am sadly 1 kg up still, don´t think it is water retension, mayby I was dehydrated when being ill 1 week ago instead...but will just keep on fighting ...in the fitness even though it makes me eat more...:)

hope you´ll have a fine enjoyable evening out tomorrow..

76.3kg today, lost .8kg last week, :) Seen the nurse today. Very happy as slowing down on the calorie control now, my BMI is 23.2, and I've lost over 4 stones (25+kg) since 1 October, 10+ inches round my waist and gone from a size 20 to 14. Had a blood test today, and now waiting with baited breath to see what my HbA1c will be (was 51.7%). Couldn't have done it without diabetes.co.uk and you guys in the forums. Thank you.:joyful::happy::joyful:

Excellent job. With all those other indicators I am fairly sure that your Hba1c will be equally good.

Stayed the same this week. 129.90kg. I'm not surprised. Too many birthday treats, twice.
Goodluck everyone! :)

13 st 10 lb I'm of the old school deal in old weights not kg.
So lost another pound! when I started all this I was 14.9 on 15/1/17 so I'm well pleased,I've dropped a couple of dress sizes and feel much better in myself.
No medication
No known diabetic health problems
Physically active i.e.:- 1 hour walks with dogs.

Good morning everyone. It is a bright and sunny day here in Cov and amazingly I have dropped .9 to 78.9. I do not deserve it as it has been a food centred week to the expense of exercise. Anyway today is St Paddy's and I know the tatty planters will be out in force so I am off to lottie to join them although tatty planting is going to be a very sparse affair this year. I have sacks of sprouted tatties in store( as well as boxes of wrinkling apples). Makes more space for celeraic and cabbage though. Monday is equinox (day and night are equal length) so there will be evening walks watching the sunset.

That's fantastic. I love the way you casually mentioned, dropped a couple of dress sizes!! The lack of health problems is wonderful. Very happy for you.
